Did you know that every major manufacturer of HVAC equipment requires you have your units serviced at least once per year to stay in compliance with your warranty? It is actually written into your warranty contract on the equipment. Failure to have a tune up on your system at least once per year could void your warranty. The same rules hold true for extended warranties.

With a Preferred Customer inspection plan, we take the burden off your shoulders. Your equipment will be inspected twice each year. With semi-annual service, you can rest assured that you stay in compliance with your warranties. PLEASE NOTE: There is an additional charge for special filters, i.e., SpaceGard medias, pleated, etc. If any replacement parts or freon is needed, there will be an additional charge for such, plus continuation of time and labor.
